- Result: ¿Cuál fue el resultado, preferiblemente cuantificable?
🔑 Preguntas de Apertura: Rompe el Hielo con Impacto
1. "Tell me about yourself."
"I'm a digital marketing specialist with 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies. In my current role at [Company], I led the content strategy that grew organic traffic by 80% in 18 months. I'm now looking for a senior role where I can build and mentor a team, which is why this position at [Company] is particularly exciting to me."
2. "Why do you want to work here?"
"I've been following [Company]'s work in sustainable logistics for two years, and your recent partnership with [X] confirms that you're genuinely committed to reducing supply chain emissions, not just talking about it. My background in operations and my passion for sustainability make this an ideal fit."
3. "What are your strengths?"
"One of my core strengths is data analysis. In my last role, I identified a pattern in our churn data that nobody had spotted before, which led to a product change that improved retention by 15%."
💼 Preguntas sobre Experiencia y Logros
4. "Walk me through your CV / Resume."
Diferente a "Tell me about yourself" — aquí quieren cronología. Sé conciso: 2-3 frases por etapa clave.
5. "What is your greatest professional achievement?"
6. "Describe a challenging project and how you handled it."
"When I joined [Company], the team had just lost its main client, which accounted for 30% of revenue. I immediately mapped our remaining client relationships and proposed a retention strategy that included quarterly business reviews and customized success plans. Within 6 months, we had retained 95% of the remaining portfolio and signed two new accounts."
7. "Have you ever had to meet a tight deadline? How did you manage it?"
Ejemplo de estructura:
"Yes. [Situation]. My task was [Task]. I [Action: prioritize, delegate, communicate]. The result was [Result]."
8. "Tell me about a time you failed and what you learned."
9. "Describe your leadership style."
"I'd describe my style as collaborative but decisive. I make sure every voice is heard during the planning phase, but when it's time to move, I take ownership of the direction and ensure the team has clarity on priorities."
10. "Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a colleague."
11. "How do you motivate your team?"
12. "Tell me about a time you had to influence someone without authority."
13. "How do you handle underperforming team members?"
🧠 Preguntas de Comportamiento y Situacionales
14. "How do you handle pressure and stress?"
"I try to see pressure as a signal to prioritize ruthlessly. When a major campaign launch clashed with a product incident at my last job, I quickly assessed what was time-sensitive vs. what could wait 48 hours, communicated clearly with both teams, and we delivered both without major issues."
15. "Describe a time you had to adapt to a significant change."
16. "Give an example of a time you had to make a decision with incomplete information."
17. "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond."
18. "How do you prioritize your work when you have multiple deadlines?"
Useful phrases:
- "I use a combination of urgency and impact to prioritize..."
- "I communicate proactively if I foresee a bottleneck..."
💰 Preguntas sobre Motivación y Expectativas
19. "What are your salary expectations?"
"Based on my research on market rates for this role in [City] and my experience, I'm looking in the range of [X-Y]. That said, I'm open to discussing the full compensation package."
20. "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
21. "Why are you leaving your current job?"
Frases positivas y profesionales:
- "I'm looking for a role with greater scope for impact."
- "I've learned a lot, but I feel ready for the next challenge."
- Nunca: "My boss is terrible" o "The company is a mess."
22. "Are you considering other offers?"
Sé honesto pero sin dar detalles: "Yes, I'm in conversations with a couple of companies, but this role is my top priority."
🎯 Las Preguntas que Más Sorprenden a Candidatos
23. "What's your biggest weakness?"
"I tend to over-prepare for presentations, which sometimes takes longer than ideal. I've been working on trusting my expertise more and using structured templates to speed up the process."
24. "If you were an animal, which would you be and why?" (Preguntas creativas)
25. "What do you know about our competitors?"
Investiga 2-3 competidores principales antes de la entrevista.
26. "Sell me this pen."
Siempre prepara 3-5 preguntas:
- "What does success look like in this role after the first 90 days?"
- "What are the biggest challenges the team is currently facing?"
- "How would you describe the team culture?"
- "What opportunities are there for professional development?"
- "What are the next steps in the process?"
