1. Comprar Entradas y Acceder

Antes de entrar, necesitas gestionar tickets, horarios y posibles descuentos.

En la taquilla

  • "I'd like two adult tickets and one child ticket, please."
  • "Do you offer a student / senior / family discount?"
  • "Is there a combined ticket for the museum and the temporary exhibition?"
  • "What are your opening hours today?"
  • "Is the museum free on the first Sunday of the month?"

Entradas online

  • "I booked my tickets online. Where do I pick them up?"
  • "I have a digital ticket on my phone. Is that okay?"
  • "Do I need to book a time slot in advance?"

2. Orientarse Dentro del Museo

Los grandes museos pueden ser laberínticos. Estas frases te ayudan a encontrar lo que buscas.

  • "Excuse me, where is the Impressionist collection?"
  • "Which floor is the Egyptian gallery on?"
  • "Is there a museum map available?"
  • "Where are the restrooms / the gift shop / the café?"
  • "How do I get to the temporary exhibition?"

3. Tours Guiados y Audioguías

Un buen guía transforma una visita. Saber preguntar y participar es clave.

Contratar un tour

  • "Do you have guided tours in English?"
  • "What time does the next tour start?"
  • "How long does the tour last?"
  • "Is the tour included in the ticket price?"
  • "Can we book a private tour for our group?"

Usar la audioguía

  • "Is there an audio guide available? In which languages?"
  • "How much is the audio guide rental?"
  • "How does this audio guide work? Do I just type the number?"
  • "The audio guide isn't working properly. Could I get a replacement?"

Preguntas al guía

  • "Could you repeat that, please? I didn't catch it."
  • "How old is this building?"
  • "Who was the artist? What period does this belong to?"
  • "Is this the original piece or a replica?"
  • "What's the story behind this painting?"

  • "Can we walk up to the tower?"
  • "When was this fortress built?"
  • "Is this area wheelchair accessible?"
  • "Are there any archaeological sites nearby?"

Conclusión

Con este vocabulario y estas frases, cada museo, cada galería y cada monumento se convierte en una conversación, no en una barrera. Prepárate antes de tu próximo viaje y notarás la diferencia.
